COUNTRY HILLS CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS
For special occasions, members of the community may reserve the clubhouse located at 1610 Oaken Bucket Dr for picnics, family gatherings, and reunions. The clubhouse MUST be reserved through the Homeowners Association to minimize any confusion that might arise. This process will ensure that every member of the community has an opportunity to enjoy and utilize our wonderful amenities. To avoid conflict, dates upon which the clubhouse is not available will be posted on the calendar.
In order to rent the Clubhouse, the verified homeowner can not have an outstanding balance on their account and/or any unresolved Violations.

Residents must identify themselves as homeowners or renters. The homeowner’s HOA dues must be current to reserve the clubhouse.
Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
The clubhouse may be rented for a $300 rental fee. This is a 16 hour rental (8am-12am). The rental fee payment must be made two weeks before the reservation date. No exceptions.
The resident must clean the Clubhouse and surrounding grounds, remove all garbage and debris and leave the tables and furniture in proper positions.
